We also don’t take responsibility for any brawl, loss, or damage of any kind that arises either due to the conduct of the teacher or the user, including the dependence of the user on any information provided and then used by both the parties in consideration.

You might get access or get connected to third-party websites (a total separate entity), either directly or indirectly through some/ any information that is provided in the products. The company cannot be held accountable for any action or mis-conduct at their end, as we are not having any implicit or explicit control over them.

You shall have to take complete responsibility for your content, and any issue resulting will have to be carefully handled by you only. You are not a "Minor" as per the law and that you are fully aware of each and every term that has been expressly or impliedly stated in the contract. Along with this, you should also keep in mind that by accepting the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to comply with our rules and regulations in the best of your knowledge.

The following set of obligations are required to be kept in mind by the users of the website-

You have gone through, read and understood in detail the ‘Price Policy’ as clearly stated on the website. You are expected to be aware for each and every detail before purchasing our product for your benefit. In case you are not a “Major” as per the law, you have taken prior information from your parents/ guardians, and you are making the purchase in their best knowledge. You should not publish any infringing, confusing, derogatory, and false or any such information that affects the normal functioning of the society. You will not be disclosing any personal information to any Teacher, or any other Person with whom you come in contact through our Website. In case you end up sharing your information, you shall have to bear the consequences on your own. You also should not request any Teacher for sharing his/her personal or professional information with you for any reason. Any request for cancellation of order once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained, unless clearly authorized by us in a written manner. In the case that a non-delivery occurs on account of your mistake (i.e. wrong name, address or any reason) any extra cost incurred will be charged to you, and it will not have any binding effect on us.

By accepting the terms and conditions policy, you authorize us to sell, distribute, re-market, and make other lawful use of your submitted content through our website. You also grant us the right to sub-license this content to any third party, or any other user who is in authentic need for our product. You can remove or edit the content on our website at any given point of time.

In this case, the existing contract between us will cease to exist with immediate effect. However, the rights given to the users or teachers prior to this moment will not have any effect, and they will continue to move on as desired. We provide you with a binding, non- transferable license to make effective use of the submitted and the company content, after you have completed the required purchase process. You are expected to use this content only for personal use, and if found you were making a commercial use of this content, the contract shall be terminated with immediate effect as per our discretion.

You also agree that we may record (solely for business purpose) any part of your verbal communication for marketing, distribution and quality check purpose of the organization. You are also authorizing the company to make use of your photograph, name, signature or any personal asset for marketing and other areas that can be beneficial for our operations.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are retained by the content owners and these terms do not grant any implied licenses. The company reserves the right to make changes at its discretion, whenever the need arises.

In case you are a user of our products, you agree to allow us to charge the requisite amount using your debit/credit card. You will be charged periodically or as per the agreed terms of payment. In case you choose credit card as your preferred mode of payment, which subsequently is not authorized due to any issue, you will have to pay the amount as and when instructed by us at a date set forth by us .

In case you fail to comply, you shall have to pay the amount with an additional penalty for failing to pay on stipulated time. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be considered valid and the company will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and make you aware of such cancellation.

Eduncle.com does not hold any refund or money-back policy. Eduncle.com strictly adheres to its quality policy and the same is reflected in our products. A user is asked to experience the quality level before making the actual sales by experiencing the sample study material.

The logos, trademark or any other authentic sign that have been displayed on our website, in our company content or any of our products, are our “Registered” trademarks. We have complete control right on these trademarks, and you are not allowed to make any use of our trademark for any personal or professional purpose, without our prior and written approval.

Anything and/ or everything (material, content, course or any other kind of study assistance) that has been displayed on our website, under our brand name, is provided to you without any kind of warranty, either express or implied.

You are assumed to act in the best of your interests and that you solely will be responsible for any loss (monetary or in terms of academics) that you might incur from the use of our product

We hereby declare that the liability of the company shall exist only up to the amount that you have paid for purchasing the specified course of your choice. You are expressly or impliedly not authorized to claim any damages that might have taken place due to use of our product, beyond the amount that you have paid for the purchase

The company holds the right to discontinue your use of the product or access to the website, in case you are found to make an unauthorized or unfair use of it. You may terminate your use of the website or the products at any time, either by ceasing to access them, or by contacting us at support@eduncle.com.

The company has the sole right to withdraw any/ all the content posted on it's website at any due course of time, without prior notice. Upon termination, you will not be having any contractual liability with the company. In case of any accrued or outstanding payment, the decision of the company shall be final.
